Warranty of a mattress

Every mattress purchased comes with a warranty to protect the customer from product defects only; it does not cover any loss of comfort and support. The warranty of the mattress does not imply the time you should use the product before replacing it.

Is body impression on a mattress normal?

Yes, it is completely normal to have body impressions on a mattress. These days, comfort is the first thing on the mind of a consumer for which extra plush foam layers and fibers are used mostly in high-quality mattresses to provide a cushioning effect, support, and relieve the pressure on the body. These mattresses when used in the initial weeks will have body impressions on them particularly because of the extra comfort layers added. So these impressions are practically normal and indicate that the comfort layers in the mattress are actually doing their work. And body impressions are not a matter for you to be concerned about.

Limited Warranry Terms

We are a leading mattress manufacturing company in India. We design and build mattresses with utmost care and quality control. Irrespective of the millions of mattresses we produce, there is a possibility of encountering some defects or irregularities in the mattress during the process. Under these circumstances, we confirm our warranty terms and conditions and follow the quality policy which covers the above-mentioned products. Listed below are our warranty terms:

  • In case the mattress shows any signs of sagging within a year, the company shall replace the mattress.
  • In case you witness any manufacturing defect from 1 year till the end of 2 years, the company will charge 20% of the MRP for replacing the mattress with a cover. But, in cases where the customer wants to replace/repair only the bare block inside the mattress retaining the same cover of the defective mattress then he won’t be charged anything for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • In case of manufacturing defects detected from 2 years to 3 years, the company shall charge 35% of the MRP for replacing a new mattress with a cover.
  • In case of manufacturing defects detected from 3 years to 5 years, the company shall charge 50% of the MRP for replacing a new mattress with a cover.
  • In case of manufacturing defects detected from 5 years to 11 years, the company shall charge 70% of the MRP for replacing a new mattress with a cover.
  • The warranty will not be applicable if the product is not used as per the wash and care instructions mentioned by the company.
  • The warranty card must be duly filled, signed, and stamped by the dealer; the card and the relevant cash memo must be saved to produce along with the complaint.
  • The warranty card is not valid for the following :
    1. Damages occurred as a result of an accident, mishandling, heat, commercial and improper use.
    2. Mattress purchased was not from a certified dealer.
  • While the company confirms to repair/replace the product under warranty at the earliest, it is not liable to do the same within any specific time.
  • In case of any defects and applicability of warranty, the company’s decision will be final.
  • Any claims arising from the warranty will be restricted to courts with Mumbai jurisdiction only. The guarantee will exclude and condition/warranty/liability is not expressed here.

The warranty is only limited to the cost of the product and subject to the conditions given above; the company will only bear the cost resulting in any repair or replacement of defective inner structure or material. The company will not bear any transportation costs
